It is awesome comfort food and something you will never get bored of having.' Aloo' is potato in Hindi and 'parathas' are nothing but bread. What are the stuffed ingredients in the aloo parathas or stuffed bread?
The parathas are mainly stuffed with spiced potatoes . They are flavored with many exotic spices, with a tinge of tanginess from the dry mango powder. The potato mixture can even be made just like the contents of the kofta from the malai kofta recipe except for the cheese. The clarified butter added to it while cooking takes it to the next level making it taste heavenly.
This can be had by itself ,with curd or spicy pickle .Although it seems tedious to make ,it is not that difficult at all .Once you master the trick, to roll the bread with stuffing inside , it's a breeze. The effort is especially worth it when you take the first bite and all the flavors melt in your mouth.Hope you get a chance to try it out ,please read on for the full recipe .
