Green mint pulav is a rice dish made predominantly with mint and coriander. This is a popular dish in South India but I did not attempt it for a long time thinking my kids may get put off by the color of the dish.
I was very pleased with the outcome and sure enough, it was loved by all at home. It is also quite simple to make. I made very minor changes to the original recipe and here is my version of this very aromatic and yummy dish:). One can also get creative and add paneer (cottage cheese), potatoes, or corn to this dish to make it even more interesting!

Yum, I love the fresh taste of both mint and coriander. Paulβs our chief cook and bottle washer at the moment, and I believe has a curry in mind for tonightβs dinner. I wonder if I could get him to try this to go with it.
