Crab Masala Fry is a spicy and delicious dish made with Crabs, onions, tomatoes, green chillies and exotic spices .
Clean the crab with salt and water.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a deep bottomed pan
Add onions and green chilies and sautée for 10 minutes.
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry till the raw smell is gone.
Add tomatoes and sautée till it leaves oil on the sides of the pan.
Add all the spices except garam masala and mix well
Add a cup of water, salt to taste and cover with a lid, and boil
Let it cook well for 15 to 20 minutes
After it is cooked, open the lid and increase the flame
Cook until well fried and gravy is thickened.
Add garam masala and mix well.
Add the sprig of curry leaves.
Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve with Rotis or rice!
