Instructions
Wash, dry, and pit the dates.
In a mixer jar, add the nuts and dates.
Grind to a paste.
Transfer to a plate or container.
Add cocoa powder and desiccated coconut to it.
Combine them all together.
Take a small portion and roll it into a smooth ball using the palm of your hand. You can also add a little ghee to help roll into a smooth ball.

Grease your palms with a little ghee when shaping the ladoos — the mixture can be sticky.
Enhance the nutrition and texture by adding seeds like pumpkin, sesame, or sunflower along with the nuts.
Roasting the nuts is optional, but it adds a nice crunch and brings out their natural flavor.
