mangoes
ripe and chopped

sago

coconut milk

condensed milk
or any sweetner to taste

jelly
mango flavored and chopped

icecream
mango flavored optional
Instructions
Wash the sago pearl and drain off extra starch
Boil water and add the sago.
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until translucent.
Drain and keep aside. Wash off with cold water.
Blend mangoes, coconut milk and condensed milk into a smooth paste.
Adjust consistency to your liking .For thick and rich consistency add more condensed milk.
Assemble the drink by adding cooked sago pearls , top it with the blended mango.
Optionally you can add toppings like mango jelly or mango ice cream .
Garnish with chopped mangoes.
Chill and serve with ice cubes .
