Instructions
Using a food processor, shred two slices of bread.
Next mince the boneless chicken and transfer to a bowl.
Add the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, oil and salt.
You can also add mayonnaise to this if you like although it's optional.
Add bread crumbs and chopped coriander leaves to this.
Mix well to form a nice dough.
Take a scoop and shape them into a patty, flattening them well.
Refrigerate for about an hour.
Heat up a little oil in an electric skillet.
Cook the patties on medium heat on both sides until done.
