Marinate the chicken with all the seasonings mentioned in the ingredients or Taco seasoning for about 30 minutes.
Heat a little oil in a cast iron skillet and sautee the chicken on high heat till it gets cooked well on both sides. Drain the chicken out into a bowl lined with paper towel.
In the remaining oil add the onions and bell peppers and cook till they caramalize.
Add the chicken back into the skillet and squeeze juice of a lemon . Mix well.

Heat up the tortillas and layer with the cooked chicken and grilled veggies.
Add sides of your choice like avocado, spanish rice, beans, shredded cheese and sour cream.
