pizza sauce

bell peppers
chopped

onions

tomatoes

mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 425 deg Fahrenheit
Line the baking tray with a baking sheet
Place the bread slices on it
Spoon pizza sauce on each of the bread slices
Add the diced vegetables of your choice on top of the slices.
Top it with as much mozzarella cheese as you prefer
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle dried herbs oregano and basil leaves (optional)
You can also cut into desired shapes to make it appealing to kids
Garnish with grated cheese , pepper powder or chili flakes
