This quick Bread Pizza is easy to make and tastes delicious. Kids absolutely love it. You can top it with any vegetable of your choice to make it appealing and of course add a lot of mozzarella cheese, the universal favorite of many kids! This is a quick recipe and most of the ingredients are usually found in most homes at any time. I used honey wheat bread but you can also use the regular white bread or any other bread of your choice. This was on my list of items to try for a long time and so glad I was finally able to make it. It got devoured in no time, not to mention the compliments from kids which absolutely made my day 🙂
Quick Bread Pizza is easy to make and tastes delicious , made with ingredients usually found at home it can be had as a evening snack
- 10 slices of bread
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup diced bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp red chilly flakes
- 1 tsp dried oregano and basil leaves (optional)
- 1 tsp black pepper powder (optional)

Pre-heat the oven to 425 deg Fahrenheit

Line the baking tray with a baking sheet

Place the bread slices on it

Spoon pizza sauce on each of the bread slices

Add the diced vegetables of your choice on top of the slices.

Top it with as much mozzarella cheese as you prefer

Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Sprinkle dried herbs oregano and basil leaves (optional)

You can also cut into desired shapes to make it appealing to kids

Garnish with grated cheese , pepper powder or chili flakes
