Ingredients
2-3
tbsp
basil seeds
soaked in a bowl of water so that is immersed well
2
cups
noodles
falooda or vermicelli (boiled for about 4 minutes)
2 tbsp
syrup
rose flavored(Roohafza)
2
cups
milk
refrigerated and cooled
1
scoop
vanilla ice cream
as needed for each serving
2-3
tbsp
nuts
chopped( almonds, pistachios and cashews)

rose petals

Instructions
Soak basil seeds in a bowwl of water so that it is immersed well.As it blooms it may soak up all the water
Boil the noodles for about 5 to 6 minutes, drain and keep aside.
Chop dry fruits, dates, nuts and desired fruits of your choice.
To assemble use a long dessert glass or cup.
First add the rose syrup.
Next add the cold milk half way through.
Add basil seeds and noodles.
Add one scoop of vanilla icecream.
Garnish with chopped dried fruits, nuts and rose petals
