Thai spicy chicken basil fried rice is very delicious and easy to make. I have always had it in Thai restaurants and wanted to try it out at home. The highlight of this dish is the unique taste of basil. This is best made with leftover rice or rice which is chilled. The vegetarian version can be made by replacing the chicken with Tofu or just with veggies only. The fish and oyster sauce is required in the original recipe but I just omitted it as am not a big fan of the same. This dish is also very easy to make. If you have not tried it, I would highly recommend you try it out! Please read on for my version of this recipe. If you like this fried you may also like Thai Shrimp Basil Fried Rice

I have found a Thai eatery nearby but they use fish sauce too liberally (wrinkles nose) so I cannot wait to get started in our own kitchen soon 😉
Same here, I can't take the strong taste of it either .. I can imagine you must be eagerly waiting to get started in your kitchen now !
Ooh yeah after the shipment arrives though. Just a couple of more weeks and I should be able to cook everything. The possibilities then! Ah how much I took the kitchen for granted.

Hey there would you mind sharing which blog platform you're working with?
I'm going to start my own blog soon but I'm having a difficult time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I'm
looking for something completely unique.
P.S My apologies for being off-topic but I had to ask!
I'm using wordpress platform on Siteground . I was on a free wordpress platform before that . You can see my detailed post on how I moved from the free to self hosted site here if interested.
