Almond flour coconut oil chocolate chip cookies taste great, they are a little soft compared to the ones made with regular all-purpose flour. Almond flour, as you may know, is a popular alternative to wheat flour, widely used in baking and cooking. For those who have not heard of it, almond flour is made using blanched almonds which are then peeled, dried, and powdered.
Almond flour coconut oil chocolate chip cookie was a recent find for me. I had heard so much about almond flour that I could not resist picking up a bag from the store. There are so many recipes out there that you can use almond flour with. So, I began my trials with it. The outcome of baking with it was simply awesome, the cookies and brownies especially have a wonderful soft texture. Everyone who had them liked and appreciated them!

Wow these look so moist and delicious! I have never tried almond flour. Does it change the taste a lot?
InspiresNish
Thank you so much Diane, the main difference I noticed was that they are very soft and moist with a nutty flavor .I would recommend trying it out once if you have not.The ones made with all purpose flour hold up well ,have their own unique taste so I guess it all depends on what each one likes.
