    Useful Tips

    • Use your favorite nuts: Feel free to use any combination of nuts you like. Roasting the nuts in a little ghee adds a delicious, rich flavor, but you can also dry-roast them.
    • Adjust the sweetness: Dates and jaggery act as both natural sweeteners and binders. Feel free to adjust the quantity based on your preferred level of sweetness.
    • Shape the laddus easily: Grease your hands with a little ghee before shaping. Squeeze the mixture firmly into a ball with your fist, then gently roll and then smoothen it between your palms.
    • Storage: These laddus stay fresh at room temperature for about 2-3 days. For longer storage, refrigerate them in an airtight container.
