The power of words - Quotes

The power of words can have a huge impact on us. It is said that every word that we speak has energy and power. It can raise our vibrational frequency and sometimes even have a lasting impact. Hence, it is essential to choose our words wisely. Positive words bring about positive energy and positive vibes. The negative words generate lower energy and overall bad vibes. This clearly shows that words are not just mere definitions. We feel the words that are spoken.

    How to use words effectively?

Try to use words that inspire you consciously. You will begin to notice a remarkable difference in the way you think. Positive words boost your energy as well as those around you. Eventually, it not only brings out the best in all that you do but also disperses positive energy to those around you as well.

On the other hand, negative words and negative actions ultimately attract negative energy and circumstances. So it is worth paying attention to the words you use. This is not just for words used to talk to someone. It is inclusive of words used when we unconsciously criticize ourselves or talk ill about others.

One of the ways to bring about change is to make a conscious effort ourselves. Surround yourself with positive words, affirmations, of things you love, family, and goals. The words that you like to hear more often could be printed or written on picture frames, sticky notes, or mugs around your home or office.

Avoid the company of negative people and words as best as you can. Gossip and speaking ill of others will ultimately resonate in you and it is best to stay away from it. Boost up the energy of words that you use where applicable.

Instead of good or great, uplifting words like terrific, mind-blowing, and fantastic can raise energy levels . Even when things are not at their best, avoid saying negative things about it. Instead, try and use positive words. Resist the temptation to put yourself down, everyone needs empathy including you!

So here's to more positive energy and positive words! It sure can shift the energy effectively if used consciously.

    Have a great day!

Nisha, this is a great post! I am a firm believer in the Scriptures saying, "The power of life & death is in the tongue." We can either speak life or death to our situations, our relationships or ourselves. Our words do matter and once we speak them, we can't undo them. Choosing them wisely is indeed very wise!

Thanks for sharing these beautiful words of wisdom! Blessings to you! โ™ฅ

I'm a big believer in the power of words, too, and I love quotes! You've shared some great ones here, and made some 'terrific' (uplifting alternative to great to boost energy levels ๐Ÿ˜‰) points and suggestions about how to surround yourself with positivity and cultivate it in your life. Very nicely done, Nisha!
