How to make Dates and Nuts Ladoo?
This is one of the easiest ladoos to make, coming together in under 15 minutes. The only real effort is pitting the dates and shaping the mixture into balls. Some people like to toast the nuts before grinding them, and that's totally optional. You can also use them as is.

- Step 1: Take all the nuts and pitted dates into a blender

- Step 2: Grind it so it all comes together.

- Step 3: Transfer the ground paste to a plate.

- Step 4: Add the desiccated coconut and cocoa powder

- Step 5: . Mix everything until well combined. Take a small portion of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your palm.. If needed, you can lightly grease your palms with a bit of ghee to make shaping easier.

- Step 6: Line them in a container and have them as needed.
Useful Tips
- Grease your palms with a little ghee when shaping the ladoos, as the mixture can be sticky.
- Enhance the nutrition and texture by adding seeds like pumpkin, sesame, or sunflower along with the nuts.
- Roasting the nuts is optional, but it adds a nice crunch and brings out their natural flavor.
- Always use fresh, good-quality nuts for the best taste and longer shelf life of the ladoos.
