These easy-to-bake delicious fudgy brownies are the best I have had so far. Brownies are a great treat to have once in a while. They complement well with ice cream and taste best when microwaved for a few seconds so they are slightly warm. This brownie almost tastes like the ones you get in the local bakeries. It is also easy to make them and gets done very quickly.
How to make the easy and delicious fudgy brownies?
As always, use the best cocoa powder when baking brownies for the best outcome. This is the main ingredient . Then we also need sugar, eggs, butter, flour, salt, and add-ins like chocolate chips and walnuts. Beat the eggs and sugar well to get a crusty and crackly top. Heat the butter and sugar just until it is melted . Whisk the sugar so it dissolves well. Mix all of them with the flour mixture gently. Next fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts and bake for 35 minutes.
Tips to make the Fudgy Brownies
The main thing to know when making brownies is not to overbake it. A toothpick inserted can come out with a little half-cooked batter stuck on it. It keeps cooking once taken out of the oven. So don't be afraid to take it out at this point.
Wait for the brownie to be completely cooled before cutting. It will be easier to cut once cooled. Wipe the knives clean before cutting again so you get neat edges.
The parchment paper hanging out on the sides of the pan helps with easy transfer to a plate to cut. It avoids the batter sticking to the bottom of the pan.
A pinch of salt added to the batter enhances the taste of the brownie so do not miss adding that.
Walnuts give that nice crunch in a brownie bite. So you can add it if you like.
