How to make the microwave milk peda(Fudge)?
The tricky part is to know the right consistency when making this peda in the microwave. Using more condensed milk can make it sticky, and using more milk powder can make it a bit dry and with cracks when rolling into the desired shape. Firstly, the condensed milk and milk powder are mixed well with ghee and heated in the microwave. After the first minute, it will loosen up a bit, After the second minute, depending on the power of your microwave,e always check in 30-second intervals and stir well with a spatula so that it does not burn and cooks evenly.
After exactly three minutes, you will see that it forms a dense paste and has left off a lot of moisture. The test to see if it's ready is to drop a little onto a plate and see if you can roll it to form a ball. If it easily does it, then you are done. Transfer to a plate to cool and then roll into peda shapes. Garnish with powdered nuts.
