    • Boneless chicken minced in a food processor
    • Spices - onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, black pepper
    • Salt, oil, mayonnaise (optional)

    Steps 1 -2) We first start by making bread crumbs and mincing the chicken using a food processor.

    Steps 3-4) Add the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt to the minced chicken. Next, add the bread crumbs.

    Ingredients

    • 2 slices bread
    • 2 lb chicken boneless
    • 2 tsp onion powder
    • 2 tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp paprika
    • 1 tbsp chili flakes
    • ¼ tsp black pepper
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 2 tsp coriander leaves
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 tsp mayo optional

    Instructions

    • Using a food processor, shred two slices of bread.
    • Next mince the boneless chicken and transfer to a bowl.
    • Add the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, oil and salt.
    • You can also add mayonnaise to this if you like although it's optional.
    • Add bread crumbs and chopped coriander leaves to this.
    • Mix well to form a nice dough.
    • Take a scoop and shape them into a patty, flattening them well.
    • Refrigerate for about an hour.
    • Heat up a little oil in an electric skillet.
    • Cook the patties on medium heat on both sides until done.
