Almond flour, as you may know, is a popular alternative to wheat flour, widely used in baking and cooking. For those who have not heard of it, almond flour is made using blanched almonds which are then peeled, dried, and powdered. It is especially popular being low in carbohydrates, rich in protein, fibers, and gluten-free.
The almond flour coconut oil chocolate chip cookie made using this recipe are a little soft compared to the ones made with regular all-purpose flour. They however taste really good. I’m usually not a cookie fan but this one is an exception and I can not seem to resist eating them :).They almost taste like an Indian sweet called ‘burfi’.It goes best with a cup of your evening tea or coffee.
