Baked Salmon or Indian baked salmon with Tandoori Masala recipe is a must-try and highly recommended if you love baked fish. Salmon is a fatty fish, loved by most people, and has many health and nutritional benefits. It is popularly known for the omega 3s which is very essential for our body. Apparently, we can only get omega 3s from our diets as our bodies cannot produce them. The health benefits are numerous, which also include reduction of inflammation, lowering blood pressure, and reducing heart-related ailments. It is also very tasty, easily available, and naturally a great recommendation in our diets.
How to make Indian baked Salmon using a simple recipe
Coming from a coastal hometown in south India, I had tried varieties of seafood growing up, but never salmon. It was mostly fishes like mackerel, kingfish, and sardine. So It took a while to get used to liking salmon initially. After experimenting with a couple of recipes, this baked recipe is one of my favorites. I use the tandoori masala marinade to give it a nice spicy and tangy flavor along with the lemon, ginger garlic, and yogurt. The full recipe is below. Enjoy!
Here are some other fish recipes from my site Pan-Fried Tilapia and Fish Cutlet. Do check them out as well.
