How to make Indian baked Salmon using a simple recipe
Coming from a coastal hometown in south India, I had tried varieties of seafood growing up, but never salmon. It was mostly fishes like mackerel, kingfish, and sardine. So It took a while to get used to liking salmon initially. After experimenting with a couple of recipes, this baked recipe is one of my favorites. I use the tandoori masala marinade to give it a nice spicy and tangy flavor along with the lemon, ginger garlic, and yogurt. The full recipe is below. Enjoy!Jump to RecipePrint Recipe
