No-Bake Easy Mango Cheesecake, as the name suggests, has no baking involved and is a very easy-to-make dessert. This was my first attempt at making it and turned out pretty good. It is best served in individual dessert cups or glasses. However, if you are making a whole cake, it is better to use a springform cake pan which has a clip that can release the base of the cake easily rather than a dessert bowl.
The advantage is the shape of the cake will be retained. It will be easier to cut and serve single portions as the crust at the bottom can be a bit hard to cut through. This tastes delicious, and for cheesecake and mango lovers, it's an awesome treat! There are three main steps to making this dessert and it involves making the crust, filling, and glaze topping. Do try this out and impress your guests and loved ones. It is a great celebration cake for any occasion!

How to make no-bake mango cheesecake?
We first start with making the crust by using a food processor to pulse the graham crackers. Add butter and sugar and mix well. Add it to the bottom of the container or pan and press it down well. Refrigerate it.
Next, make the filling by first heating up gelatin and water. Whip the whipping cream with a little sugar added until it forms soft peaks, and then add cream cheese and mango puree or pulp to it. Add the gelatin and water mixture and incorporate it well. Add this to the chilled crust base and return it to the fridge. Let it sit for about 2 to 3 hours.
