How do you make the Moth bean lentils or Moth dal?

Soak the moth dal in water for about 5 to 6 hours or overnight just like in the preparation of chole masala, green peas curry, and rajma masala. The recipe is very simple, just sautée all the ingredients in a pressure cooker, add the spices and salt, and pressure cook the soaked moth dal for about 3 to 4 whistles.

The flavor of the moth that is infused in the gravy is awesome and it is impossible to resist a second helping! The details of the recipe are below.
