    How to make the best Double Chocolate Chip Cookies?

    1. Step 1: Combine all the dry ingredients: cocoa powder, AP flour, baking soda, salt, and coffee powder.

    Ingredients

    • 1 stick butter
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 2 eggs 1 whole + 1 yolk
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tsp vanilla essence
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ½ tsp coffee powder
    • 1 cup chocolate chips sweet or semi sweet or combination

    Instructions

    • Whisk all the dry ingredients except brown sugar.
    • Melt butter and whisk in brown sugar.
    • Add eggs and vanilla , beat well until smooth.
    • Add the dry ingredients in two additions and mix well with a spatula.
    • Add chocolate chips and make a dough.
    • Scoop out dough onto a baking sheet and refrigerate for an hour or upto 24 hours after covering it with a cling wrap.
    • You can also bake immediately if you do not want to refrigerate.
    • Pre-heat oven to 400 degree celsius.
    • Bake for about 7 to 8 minutes.
    • Cool on a cooling rack.
