How do I make the quick and easy banana nut muffin?
Since there was a demand for both varieties of muffins with and without chocolate chips at home, first I only added the walnuts to the batter. Later I added chocolate chips to some of them to get both muffin varieties. The joys of the aroma that fills the home while baking these delicious muffins are just awesome. The addition of coffee in this recipe is optional, and you can skip it if you don't like the taste. We love the taste of coffee in it and think it makes it taste even better.
Hope you are inspired to try these quick and easy muffins. Some other muffins on my site are blueberry muffins and cranberry muffins. They are all very easy to make and can be had for a quick breakfast on those busy mornings as well. Do check out Enjoy!
